This season, Grand River Kayak brings you something completely NEW!
Fitness on your SUP board.
This 90 minute long class will combine cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and proprioception into one class. Designed for beginner stand up paddlers, this class should not intimidate. The only requirement is a good ability to swim, a sense of adventure and a great laugh too!
We provide: Stand Up Paddleboard, paddle, leash, PFD
You bring: Swimsuit or clothes suitable for water immersion, spare set of dry clothes, towel, hat,
sunscreen, sunglasses with retainer, water for consumption.
Classes can be purchased in any quantity up to 15, so join me weekly for the ultimate commitment or buy classes as your schedule allows. Just remember to call and book your specific days once you buy your classes. Space is limited.
