This 4 week program has been designed specifically for women who have experienced a life altering illness and are looking to get active again.
This season try something new, stand up paddleboarding or kayaking, or both.

4 Weeks in July, or 4 Weeks in August
Kayaking at 9:30am to 10:30am or SUP from 11:00am to 12:00pm.... or sign up for BOTH!!!

Designed by a Breast Cancer survivor and Certified Athletic Therapist, classes are gentle and forgiving, yet informative and challenging.
Over the course of 4 weeks, you will learn the basics of stand up paddleboarding, launching, getting up on your board, paddle stroke and turns, getting back on after a capsize, and conditioning.

Each class is one hour and takes place on the Grand River.
Class size is limited to a 4:1 ration to ensure personalized attention.
